Man Meals Monday

This week isn't too exciting food-wise but I am trying a new recipe - Grilled Sea Scallop Skewers. I have no idea if these will be good but it got really good reviews and grilling means Rett does the cooking and hardly any clean up so that is a good night. Scallops with the best carrots in America sounds like a good combination to me. Seriously, it is like you added brown sugar except you didn't. Just olive oil salt and pepper. Also, Baked Chicken Legs. I got this recipe from my cousin and it is seriously easy and super juicy. I use thighs. Just season with Lawry's and stick in the oven at 375 for 45 minutes. This with some rice is an almost weekly meal in our house. We also went to a farm on Saturday. I will write about that later. Let's just say I fell off a big slide while running in to a woman and her kid.
